Most movies don't do it justice. I guess they are afraid if they do I really good visual effect job on that. They may have a movie theatre with a few stinky sits for the next showing.

Not usually, because it's (almost) impossible to convey a sense of genuine unrelenting nausea in conventional, commercial filmmaking.
The only time I ever really cringe during movies is when what what is happening is actually real. For example: Divine eating steaming fresh dogshit in Pink Flamingoes. 078
