In the theatre or out are you expected to 'perform' on demand!? Is that a bummer or what! A good performer is loved by all. Sometimes especially by a special captive audience..

When they throw tomatoes at you act wounded
The show must go on, come what may
If you break a leg it may be hard to perform
The play's the thing, on with the show
To improve your performance pop a pill if you must
When someone praises your performance, promise more of the same
The world's a stage, may I perform for you?
