britvic55- Ever hear the term "brain drain." Corporations will often give away high paying American jobs to educated people in economically depressed parts of the world for a fraction of your wage. How much longer before your boss wises up and sends your job to India?
I love capitalism. America served as evidence that the more freedom you offer your citizens the more economic prosperity the country would enjoy. Third world countries oppressed their people and never grew. Now we are rewarding them with our jobs and that's the wrong message to send.
Maybe your economic outlook should be based on ethics rather than a desire to save a dollar on flip flops.

You missed the whole point though. What's outsourcing work to third world countries got to do with immigrants (A person who comes to live in a country in which he or she was not born) coming into your country to work?
The point was about lazy, uneducated bums who continually piss and moan about immigrants stealing their jobs.
Who cares. Let them do the work. Why should we do it? These "people" are very eager to do anything. Even scoop poop with their hands...if they walk your dogs and they forget to bring the bag to pick it up in Central Park, they panic! And then they pick it up with their hands. That's great! :)

What Robin said. I know of several who's lost high paying jobs because they were sent to India.
I've also known several people fresh out of highschool (not yet skilled and educated enough for the higher paying jobs) who have a hard time finding a job because they are taken by illegal immigrants.
Maybe they'll have an easier time now that a local division of a large corporation fired over 1,500 illegals after it was found they were faking social security numbers. And these weren't your typical low wage fruit picking jobs either. They were $10.00+ per hour jobs that offered retirement and health benefits. The illegals got them because, like I said, they faked social security numbers.
This pretty much puts a dent in the 'dollar an hour' stereotype. Hell, there's illegals here driving around brand new vehicles and buying (not renting, but buying) homes. Try doing that on a couple of bucks an hour.

How is one supposed to work their way through college and better themselves when the menial jobs are given to undocumanted illegals who get paid under the table?
How can someone pay for tuition? We weren't all born bluebloods.
