In Canada, there are really cheap places for students, one was as low as $130 a month. That included internet.

We've got broadband all over the place. As for cheap living, unfortunately, most of it is sitting right next to Hartsfield's fifth runway. If you're totally deaf, I'd look into it.

get a motorhome, or buy a school bus and convert it.

You can stay at any BLM campground for free, and in the winter, come to Quartzsite AZ, for 6months (fees are about 150), all the while telecommuting to work.

do that about 2 years, and you will probably have enough money in the bank to buy a foreclosure house :)
