pretty much anybody with a pulse, and some of the more cunning corpses, as well as apes and monkeys can get a diploma from high school.

of course, you can skip all that drudgery by taking a GED, and bypass that system altogether.

It depends on what you do with that GED or diploma.

If your a mindless robot who can't think for himself, you'll need that diploma to get a job.

If you're intelligent and know what you're doing, you can take a GED and turn it into a million dollar a year income. I don't know any of those personally, but I can name 4 people I personally know who rake in no less than 100k a year with a GED.

I'd say so, because getting the GED means that you'd have to put your attention to the task in order to obtain it. You said it yourself- anyone with a pulse. Mine was about fifty when I went through.
