Very good idea. One Better Business Bureau did nothing when I got ripped off. I think the web could do a better job.

what I am concerned about is what kind of legal liability that I would have, if someone has a complaint about their attorney and they decide to sue.

Transperancy is always a good idea. There was a real estate agent who published all the shady dealings of his former boss, he got into online arguments with them, and consumers loved it.

Bad idea.
I recently asked for help and never received a reply.
I was ripped off by a car dealership.
The B.B.B. - Consumer Affairs & The Attorney General Office could not help.

There are a lot of sites out there like this, and most are good. But it would have to be really strictly controlled to make sure people aren't posting bogus stuff or slandering any company.
