hmm. tough one. it's a beautiful flag and i'd hate to see it changed. can i ask how in its current form it doesn't represent wales and if it did, what would that do to the design?
The Union flag is made up of the three flags of England, Scotland and Ireland. The cross of St. George (red on white) for England, the cross of St. Andrew (white diagonal on blue) for Scotland, and the cross of St. Patrick (red diagonal on white) for Ireland. Originally, the three countries of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland were part of the United Kingdom (Ruled by the King). Wales was not a Kingdom but a Principality so it could not be included on the flag. The sheep shaggers (Welsh) now want to add the dragon off their flag. Kiss my ass I say! :o)

It would seem rather odd at this point. The Union Jack is probably the most recognizable flag, alongside the U.S flag, in the whole world. I wouldn't change it now.

No, it would look too busy with a Welsh dragon on it.

Because we need to be separate from the UK.
Does anyone know where britvic lives? I want to send him half of Tom Jones' received-panties collection...
No? I think Her Maj would approve.

Not necessary, because I believe that the flagpole in itself is an accurate depiction and tribute to Tom Jones' crank.
^ This man clearly has Welsh blood in his veins.
