a little girl hanged herself, thanks to the mother of one of her friends, and her neighbor.

should that person, who is not being charged with a crime, be tagged on the internet and have that record follow her whereever she goes?

she's a total nut job. i don't know how she's going to live with herself. what kind of person who has kids of her own, would do that to some innocent kid -- who she knew had emotional problems. it's really sad.
