Voted : Newyear's means very little or nothing to me. I just see it as just another day.
It doesn't really mean a lot to me, it's just another day.
Having a teenager though, we do get out and cook over a campfire and pop fireworks, which is a hell of a lot of fun out here in the backwoods with no police or neighbors to put a dent in the fun.
Some of the country folks here like to improvise too... which means homemade explosives. Come midnight, it literally sounds like a war zone out here.
I reflect on the past year. And it's a good excuse to get trashed.
Voted : Yes, the new year is a great time to make resolutions and plan for the next year!
This year, moreso than the last few.
