Go into your friends house and put chocolate pudding under the toilet paper which as they use the roll it comes out on the paper like it is already used.

In other words you unroll a good sum of paper, smear some pudding on it and roll the paper back up.

Yes funny.
No crappy bad.

I'm not one that's ever been really into pranks, but that one's funny in a sort of sick harmless kind of way.

Kind of reminiscent of the old Baby Ruth candy bar in the swimming pool prank.
