DID YOU GET GOOD BOXING DAY SALES?

I got a pair of shoes for $95; 40% off; New Balance shoes; love them...but I didn't find too much..I wanted new clothes, but the one problem I have, is that the pants have a zipper that's far too low, not to mention that they're still expensive..some clothes are marked down to $158 from $269..also, the stores were jammed packed, and I didn't want to wait in line for a fitting room to simply buy another sweater.

Here in Jawja, sales were really down compared to last year. The after-sales are ridiculous, though, major retailers offering up to 70% off, BOGOs all over the place. Once I get paid on Thursday, I'm hoping to have a bit to spare, so that I can pick up one special item.

I try not to go shopping at all if I can help it.

Wow, those prices sound exorbitant to me!! A pair of pants for $158 . . . yikes. The most I ever paid for a pair of shoes was $60.

I prefer shopping (for everything but shoes) online.

HAPPY BOXING DAY, aya!!

I'm with LCD. I can't remember when I paid over 20 bucks for a pair of shoes.

As for the after Christmas sales, I stay as far away from the stores as possible on that day. I'd gladly pay the money I'd save to avoid the hassle. It's just more holiday commercialism to suck people into anyway.

Though I did go with my Dad to Best Buy. He got a present that he was needing some kind of adapter or something for before he could use it. Luckily we're both like-minded when it comes to shopping. We don't. lol We were in and out of that place in less than five minutes with what we went in there for and nothing more.
