But you would think they might consider a campaign to recruit more "homegrown" Angels of mercy before looking abroad...
^congress should do that I agree, but hospitals across the country offer huge incentives to lure more to go into nursing, I pay very small percentage of my tuition for a four year degree. I had to agree to work in a local hospital for at least four years after graduation, but I have no problem in doing that. Not enough people, for whatever reason want to go into nursing these days.

I don't know. For desperate people that need a job and desperate people that need nurses, I can see it. But there is a downside to many things, including this.
