Voted : I don't know what to think
I was on a bus a few months back, and there was a woman using her phone, talking literally at the top of ehr lungs, as though she thought that she needed to be heard by the person she was talking to and the phone wasn't there to facilitate the link. When, needless to say, everyone looked at her, she lowered the phone ad roared, "What'chall lookin' at?", then returned to screaming into her phone. (And the convo she was carrying on wasn't angry by any means. At times, she was ever gleeful and joking.)
People talking on cell phones sometimes become oblivious to anyone or anything around them.

Voted : They are just plain rude and obnoxious
Most common words I overhear from people talking on a cell phone: "WHERE YOU AT?"
Voted : Can You Hear Me Now
Good thing she was on the bus. If she was driving down the interstate in a car, she would be driving at 30 MPH instead of 65 MPH. And just changing lanes because they are there.
