I really don't know anything about Scientology, I've been meaning to research that a little, just so I would know, but haven't gotten around to it.
What do they believe?
How this extremely aggressive, violent, and dangerous cult still manages to draw members is entirely beyond me. The cat's been out of the bag for years.

But Scientology can induct a lot more unsuspecting people than Satnaism can. People who go into Satansim know it's not supposed to be benign.

Satanism by far in my opinion.
Larry, the only thing I remember reading one time is that Scientologists believe that humans are inhabited by the souls of dead aliens who lived on earth long before we did. Or something along those lines.
Depends on which form of Satanism we're talking about really. I've known some satanists who actually worship Satan and could easily pass for the devil himself. And I've known others who really aren't bad people, they're just anti-religion/Christianity.
Most modern Satanism stands for personal freedom (within the bounds of law of course). Scientologist, with their lawsuits suing everyone who speaks bad of them, with their kidnapping tactics, with their refusal to give medical care to an ill member, with their promotion of associating only with fellow Scientologists, etc.. are more 'evil' (as a group) than any of the Satanists that I know.
A Scientologist once tried to recruit me. Thank God I was out of my "impressionable" phase by then.
I say Scientology. Selfishness I can tolerate. Destroying lives I can't tolerate.

Uh, scientology. Why hate on satanists???? It's not like they torture crap and hurt people. Satanists do their thing and don't cause trouble. Have you heard the horror stories about people trying to leave the church of scientology? Those people are f-ed. It's like trying to get out of MS-13 or some shit.
