He was found guilty on two of the four counts against him at the Nuremberg Trials and given a life sentence. Some think he deserved less. Hess wasn't involved in the Holocaust as he was *busy* in Scotland at the time it was planned.

Life sentance at least.

He may have been busy in Scotland, but that doesn't mean he didn't know what was about to go on and didn't play some type of role in it.
