Voted : Probably a suicide overdose.
Pills were scattered all over the place. Trust me, people who abuse pills NEVER, EVER throw them around unless they're so far gone they're completely delirious. They take every measure they can to hide them. Anyone who's ever been there knows that.

Seeing how he was found naked on his bed with pills scattered all around him, I thik it's pretty safe to say that drugs were involved.

Whether it was an accidental overdose or not, who knows. People get strange when they take drugs.

Ok did anyone watch that Celebrity Rehab w/ DR. Drew on MTV, FUCKING HILIARIOUS!!! I mean I know they are drug addicts, but everyone in the biz is enabling them to continue that lifestyle... I wish I were a drugged out celebrity, at least I would have someone to continually wipe my butt.

The media now says he died of nemonia. He was sick and the pill bottles were prescriptions for the illness. In a weird twist, the Olsen twins have been mentioned in the event. It turns out that Heath's Housekeeper called Ashley Olsen's bodyguard to come over and help. Ashley lives around the corner from Heath. Her bodyguard tried to revive him. It's very sad.

He had been estranged from the mother of his child for some time, and I've had friends who've come close to suicide themselves, being apart from their children and SO.

I'm retracting my previous choice, in light of the truth catching up to the hype.

Ledger was seriously ill (pneumonia, I've heard most often), and under the care of several doctors, taking several different meds for it. Police are thinking that the combination of meds he'd taken caused an adverse reaction that killed him.
