I've done it for years without a problem. Haha, me go into a supermarket?? Never! I hate the places. Why wouldn't the neighbours give you a lift? The miserabale b'stards. C'mon admit it, you wanted to take the dogs too, didn't ya? :o)
^LOL. Our whole town hates us :(

A growing number of companies are doing this now. Fresh Direct in New York City. As well as Pea-Pod.com which is the same company as Stop&Shop, Martins, and Giant (depending on where you live). Even some of your small town grocery stores offer this service and you may not even know. But as for the BIG GUYS, They get serviced by the vendors (Coke, Pepsi, Hostess, Bread and etc. like any other supermarket. The only thing you may have to watch for is 'Short Coded' items that get put in your request. You may want to keep an eye on it. The clerks are not looking at the dates on some of these items, as they pick your stuff for shipment.
