Here in South Africa as well. They get on with life, dod what they have to do, and don't bitch. That way they succeed. Look how they are slowly taking over the world. Unlike the rest of us. After all, they've been around longer
Firstly, Grapost is making some stupid racial generalizations. This question should not be in the categorized as serious. Secondly, the picture-takers tend to be Japanese and it is insulting to extend a generalization about one culture across all 2 billion Asians. Arguably it's insulting to say that Japanese people are always taking pictures, but I kinda think there is some validity to that one. Thirdly, I know some very whiney Asian people.

I work with Asian people. They complain ALOT. They have to know you and feel comfortable with you before they will tell you what is in their minds.
Because asian people are independent. They are used to peace and think loud people are weird.

Not being racist, just stating fact that is true in the part of the world where I live.
Asian's are respectful and grateful. I see in them tight family ties, something we in our culture are losing, and they are a VERY humble people. CB
