But I'm leaning toward yes, when you consider how near sighted the current Administration is with how they have forces "projected" in the "arena" I think she would be better than how we are configurated right now (we are thinking conventional warfare here) with an adversary capable of actually fighting a war and not just planting devices and being on the run...(you don't need steamrollers to kill fleas)
