The sad part of this story is that it didn't happen a couple weeks earlier to those clowns at the Grammy awards.

^^ No, you are not awful. Awful is flaunting blood diamonds and gold on a red carpet.
I looked up the story and the heist was in Milan, Italy during Oscar night. Oh, well. Maybe next time, Hollywood.
Voted : No
Thieves cost us all.

Call it the sadist in me. I have yet to see the reason behind anyone wearing that much noise for five minutes' worht of airtime.
The best scam I ever heard of happened at ALI-Frazier I (The Fight of the Century). I forget the fellow's name, but before the fight, he handed out elegant invitations to a huge party. He gave the invitations to the people with the most bling. Well, when guests arrived they were robbed and locked in the basement.

Stealing's wrong, no matter what. But when it happens to people so materialistic, I can't help but think it's funny. What's really funny is that most of the high-dollar jewelry those stars wear is rented. Bunch of cheap skates... lol
honestly, theyr'e all so materialistic and trying to outdo each other on th ered cart, so who cares?

I never root for someone to lose a business. Besides, he said he was lucky because his GOOD stuff had been lent out for the Oscars. He loses so much and considers himself lucky. I respect that kind of thinking.
