I was in Los Angeles yesterday.
sunny and 70 degrees. beautiful. sun beating down, some people in shorts.
when I drove away, out of that valley, the temps dropped 25 degrees almost immediately.
move to Lalaland, if you don't want winters :)

Bleh. I'm only 22 and it seems like I can notice a warming trend even over my short life. I remember when my dad first started deer hunting in WI and there was snow on the ground every year. In my 10 years afield, I have only once hunted with even a trace of snow down. Not to mention this winter, which has been horrible for a snow lover. I saw robins out LAST WEEK in MINNESOTA. That is just wrong. Birds singing in February... *sigh*

But I want that ice in my driveway by end-of-business.
I'm tired of winter too. We've had snow on the ground since November, and an exceptionally heavy snow fall all winter. It hasn't been all that cold, but the streets are like canyons and I have to back into my driveway, because it's too dangerous to back out of it as the snow banks are so high. We just got another 20 cms last night, and I'm tired of shoveling. TIRED!!!!
