I'm disabled, but I won't be getting any of that action. Lot a letter to that extent. And I don't think it would hurt the Guv'mint to give up the extra. All f those stupid rules and regs, and all of those tiny-minded bureaucrats ready and willing to stick to the letter of every single one. :P
Seems like a waste of money for postal expense. But, some people still opt for a 'check' rather than Direct Deposit. I know a couple of elderly people on 'Medicaid' and the rules are tough. Only a limited amount of income is allowed, whether from rental property, gifts or other.
