Last year I tried to buy a house. The real estate agent tried to muscle me into a mortgage that was way out of my league. He said that housing was going to skyrocket and that I could cash in on my equity. BIG RED FLAGS went up. I opted out and I am glad I did. That house was valued then t $400,000. Similar ones are going now for $170,000. I would have lost EVERYTHING.

people really went against their own instincts and common sense. that's how the whole country got in this mess.
