COMMENTS:
I often thought that myself
Voted : I'm real because...
...if this were a dream, then- well, you're all too young to hear that.
This has crossed my mind many times. I've also imagined a situation where I am unaware of some disability that I have and appear quite differently to others than I do to myself. However, regardless of what reality I occupy right now, I have enough control over it that what reality I truly occupy is irrelevant to me.
I don't know, but if this is a just dream I concocted all by myselof, then dayum! I'm GOOD.
Voted : I'm real because...
I'm a virgin(lol), people CAN(not most of the time though) beat me at video games, People don't always get what I'm saying(ditto for me with other people though too), DIAL-UP IS REAL!!!!, Plus this world is so wild that that person(thing) must have a lot of free time on their um whatever they have(oh wait coma right... lol) and if this works tell me I am now shoving cotton candy buttplugs into anyone who reads this. HA!!!!!
Voted : I'm real because...
There is no reason to assume that I am not real. Even if this reality in which I am right now is only a manifestation (or subset, if you will) of another reality, then this reality right now in which I exist is still part of the "greater" reality. To claim that any part of a reality is not real seems to contradict the very nature of a reality. Therefore I think I can quite confidently say that I exist in a reality, even though this reality may not be the 'primary' reality. Now let me reverse your question: "is there any way to prove that a dream is not real?"
