I always make a habit of recording these shows whenever they are on.

I find his travels around our planet to be extremely interesting, informative and entertaining.

Also, all of his travel books can be read at no charge, complete and unabridged, on his website.

(TiVo says the last episode of New Europe is on tomorrow 3/25 at 10AM on the Travel Channel.)

I was going to add "A Cycling Tour of North Cornwall" and "The Dull Life of a City Stockbroker" as choices, but that's a different show.

I like the tongue-in-cheek Python references in his shows, especially when he was on that train full of Romanian lumberjacks.

I wish I got travel channel. I saw the first 3, around the world in 80 days was my favorite.
