I'd buy some though. But only if it was those old Girl Scout peanut butter cookies. And it was for a good cause. Hell, if he had those, I'd fix him some ice tea and let him pet my dog.
That device in the picture is a pneumatic bolt gun. It uses pressurized air to shoot out a bolt, which then retracts. It's is (or was) used to dispatch of slaughterhouse cows quickly and "humanely." In the movie it was his signature weapon.
