Not that it'll do me a damn bit of good if I ever actually need hospitalization.

And I have to say that, at this juncture, being part of the Bottom End of Health Care, many of those I see in the system who *might* be illegal (because there's no way you could really know this, short of serious interrogation), they often pay *cash* for services received.

I don't think they have a special health insurance plan. The poor are covered, and some people get ER care and can't pay.
