Yeah, it sort of fits him. Maybe it has a symbolic meaning of "I bite ears" or something.

I don't mind tattoos, and have a few myself. But I never liked them on the face. The lady who did some of mine agrees and will refuse to tattoo someone's face or neck.

It looks like the type of tatoos I've seen in Documentaries on people who lived on Easter Island. I think. I don't know why he got it on his face because everyone can see it and he's stuck with it.
