You think outside the square pretty well. But they would be open to abuse - give dodgies out there any opportunity at all and they will make bad use of it.
Reminds me of an article on Uncyclopedia... Smart kids that get easily distracted and/or have poor study habits often go to them instead of band camp or the other usual summer camps. So why not also send stupid people to them? It might help. :-)
