Voted : Yes. I'm a man.
Well the sh^thole town I live in most of them are false reports and it was the same in the other place I use to live in so I could see this being true.
There was a story here a few years ago where a male teacher was accused of rape by a female teacher. The man was fired from his teaching job and his wife left him. The case finally went to court. after a few days of being questioned in court, the woman teacher confessed and said it was all a lie. In the meantime, the man who was innocent all along, lost everything that mattered in his life.

the next question that rises : those who file false rape charges, shouldn't they be in jail for several years? There's nothing more hideously damaging than being accused of sexual crime.

I think its probably more likely in the states. than the uk at any rate. The examples come from a country entrenched in the suing culture. So im voting as a man, and aimed at a question about the states.
I find it odd that any female would take this as normal.
This is something I don't know much about, but the statistics certainly indicate that too many lie.

Geez. Be prepared for all the Feminists to attack you for even suggesting such a thing. To them all women are pure and saints.
It is also possible that a even larger percentage of rapes go unreported.
