DO YOU USE AN EARPIECE WITH YOUR CELLPHONE...

[+] serious ballot by thesoothsayer
ACTIVE Thu Apr 17, 08 - Fri Apr 17, 09

...especially when driving ? There are a few States where you may get a ticket if you are stopped and you are not using a "hands free" device... plus in other applications you get an "extra hand" instead of holding the phone to your ear...

I use a earpiece when I'm driving
I use an earpiece sometime
I use an earpiece all the time
I never use an earpiece

Voted : I never use an earpiece
I haven't got that techno yet.
And I always thought that those *Star Trek* ear pieces would bother me more while I am driving. If I am talking to someone I put them on speaker and have the cell in my hand on my lap.

Voted : I never use an earpiece
"hands free" phones still distract the driver and the accident rate and rate of idiocy while driving is still high. People wearing these things look like idiots especially when I see them walking around in the grocery store as they look like they are talking to the voices in their head.

Voted : I never use an earpiece
I don't use a cellphone enough to warrant using an earpiece.

FF, I've had people talk into an earpiece while I was being waited on. Needless to say, they didn't hear half the things that I asked them.

Fiddle nailed it. Those people look like the are talking to themselves. I don't know if they are talking to me or what. 102

The people I see in public using these things seem to act like arrogant, asshole posers.
