Yes. On eBay I especially appreciate communication from the seller. My feedback gets better as communication improves. I won a bid on something and for three weeks never heard from the seller. I had to contact eBay to make them communicate. The item was sold by a company who lists things on eBay for someone else. I believe the owner of the item realized the company had listed it the item very poorly and not enough people had seen it—probably no one but I. I think the owner did not want to let the item go. It was worth MUCH more than what I paid. As a result, I got a 19-inch high salesman's sample of an antique secretary desk for $4.99. But a contract is a contract. And the diminutive desk is sitting in my room and it is as exquisite as exquisite can be.
