This whole idea that the wealthy don't pay their fair share of taxes is just complete nonsense.

In response to the question, they wouldn't have to go up if our government, Repuplican and Democrat alike, showed fiscal responsibility. It also seems to me that Americans want it all: Social Security, MediCare, Socialized medicine and everything else, but have some kind of a meltdown if anyone proposed paying more in taxes or into those programs. What makes Americans think they can have it both ways?
