Let's say that you were to be locked in an almost empty room for one whole year. If you want to imagine that it is a prison cell, that's okay too. You have a bed, toilet, sink, potted plant, desk and a chair and not much else. You are allowed to take only one of the following things in with you. Which one would you take?

A 365 day journal/calender and a few ballpoint pens.

Fifteen of your favorite CDs and a CD player.
