You start by wishing yourself well, that you may be happy, content and fulfilled, healed and whole, protected from harm and free from fear, etc. And then you wish those things for your loved ones., which is easy enough. And then you wish those things for the people you don't like, because they annoy you or do you harm in some way. And it follows that if those people are happy and content , etc., etc. then they won't be in a position to be annoying or harmful. I found it a very satisfying exercise and it changes my perception of people. Do you wish your enemies well? Yes No What are you smoking?
