Here are some more photos of Tiffany… I don’t remember having any of my teachers that look liked this.
Voted : Hey, any of you guys wanna go fishing?
Attendance record, my ass! This reminds me of the male teacher who was painting pictures using a part of his anatomy as the brush... it's gettin' so a body can't had a second job...
She probably has a case and I'm pretty confident she'll get some kind of settlement out of this if she finds a half-decent lawyer. I also think you appear to be way too invested in this story.
I got the photos from the... Smokin' Em Charters web site. They have photos of all the women working for them.
Sorry to say, but as a teacher, especially an elementary teacher, you have an obligation to uphold a higher moral standard than people who work in some other professions. Just ask teachers in small towns how often they are able to go to the bar and have a beer with the local public, it just doesn't happen, people talk.
People can talk all they want. It is discrimination to be fired because of what some one wears when she is working. Now if she went to teach in a bikini that's one thing. But the people who fired her seem to imply that she is a 'Hooker' or some lewd person. Oh, she wears a bikini for crying out load. It's is not like she went to work in a 'Topless' Gentlemen's Club.
she's a ho'

"Single mother of three." She WILL get a settlement. Nobody, even someone enforcing their own written policy, wants to be "those guys" who fired the single mom just trying to care for her 3 kids. She's getting money whether she broke a rule or not. That's how the world works.
