At a guess, all the above except skip meals. Lifting weights isn't going to do much for a flabby belly. But I wouldn't really know how to get rid of one, never had one. How not to get one is to eat right and exercise. Beer isn't really a cause either, as long as you work it off afterwards. That's my life and my way anyhow. My gf scoffed at the beer glass holder I attached to my running machine, who's laughing now? Baaah hahaha :o)
