Fox is a Republican TV Network: Liz Trotta commented on a statement by Hillary Clinton in which the senator stated that she might become the presidential candidate if what happened in 1968 happened now, namely, Robert F. Kennedy was killed that year. In stead of condemning such a statement, Liz did something much worse, she laughed and wished Obama was assassinated. "And now we have, hmmm, some are reading as a suggestion that somebody knock off Osama, hmm Obama, well both if we could," – Trotta laughed. This scandal has spurred additional debates, because Fox has a Republican reputation... Was this flippant comment made by Liz Trotta an example of cause and affect from the Hillary Clinton's assassination comment? Who is really responsible for the ongoing suggestion of such an assassination... Is this an example of people finally speaking their minds after thinking about the possibility and/or their wishes? Liz Trotta is an idiot, her comment was out of line and she should be fired. Liz Trotta and others are saying what others are thinking. I think this was an isolated incident and Trotta comments are thoughts of a few people. Hillary's assassination comment had nothing whatsoever to do with Trotta's comment.
