I'm talking about a vote that will not be considered due to it being held by a sanctioned entity in disobeyance of governing body rules fully knowing the results will not be "official." There has been a lot of clamor and chatter involving the legitimacy of votes which should not be considered due to the fact many people UNDERSTOOD they would be wasting their time going to the polls for "nothing"... due to wilful and intentional breaking of the rules... so, to repeat the question, would you bother voting if you knew in advance it was not going to be counted ?
