Voted : Hell no, it's ridiculous.
It doesn't even get very good gas mileage for a car that weak. A Prius will run rings around it, and it gets 20 more mpg.

It gets about the same gas mileage and has about the same performance as a Geo Metro, and that car predates this by 20 years. Hardly groundbreaking stuff here, I really don't get what the fuss is about this car at all.
