When you look at him, what do you see? America sees a Black man because America incorporated the "one drop rule." So, his exterior make up would suggest he is a Black man, by America's standards of course...

He may be half white but he doesn't look at it. His skin is a little light, but his features are all African.

If race isn't important, why do we keep putting it places where it shouldn't be? 
if we truly want a "change" we should stop this black white yellow nonsense and replace it with chocolate, peach, and beige.

The black features of his face are obvious. Could he be called 'biracial'? An older term for half white and half black is 'mulatto'. Blacks make up only 12% of the population, so he is lucky to have come this far. But where did he come, actually? He hardly seems qualified to be anything as important as a US president. Would he be a benefit to America or not? Personally I'm not convinced.
