Unfortunately, race has already become a dividing factor in a race that hasn't even begun. Obama selecting a Black VP candidate would only exacerbate things unduly. The only way I could see him choosing a Black candidate would be if that candidate were above reproach in terms of qualifications.

What does coming from a Black church have to do with whether he may consider having a Black VP? I fail to see the connection...

Obama will more than likely select Hillary, unfortunately...His race should not play a factor in his decision making process and I doubt it will...Its only those Americans who thrive on the issue of race and who makes an issue of it...

Nah, race is not an issue with Obama many would like to make him appear to be...
