To be more accurate, statistically, minorities AND the majority tend to vote according to demographics--their own. So, black folks vote most often, by a large margin, for Obama. Old white ladies vote for Billary. Middle-aged white folks, who aren't university leftists or inhabitants of large urban areas, tend to vote Republican. People with brains tend to vote Libertarian.

I agree wholeheartedly to what Felix said about statistically the minorites and majority voting towards their own demographics. It's sad that there are a lot of stupid people out there but its true. There is nothing hatemongerish about what he said.
However, i disagree with a part of this ballot. Just because some black republicans are going to vote for Obama doesn't prove at all that minorities are more racist as whites. It's a given that some White Democrats are going to not vote for their party just because they don't want a black in power. This ballot is lacking in statistics and facts to prove which race is more racist. As for a good number of people in a minority voting based on race, as an example lets look back to the 97% black vote Obama recieved in PA for the primaries.

I am unsure in the main. What i DO KNOW is however is racism towards anyone not black is rife in the UK. Me and some of the other guys im in the Parachute Regiment with and some guys from the army medical corps attached to us were out in one of the local bars having a few beers ..there was a bunch of guys..mostly black but a couple were white and asians. One of them a young black guys who was particularly wasted drunk was making a nusiance of himself..when he went for another round of drinks the woman behind the bar said.."im not prepared to serve you..you've had way to much"..the first thing he and one of the young asian lads said was..."oh i get it..its cos of the colour of this isnt it" and pointed at his face...i was disgusted..how dare they play the race card,the woman pointed out that NO they were too drunk...but their friends we welcome to stay (bl;ack and white mixed bare in mind)..he kicks up more fuss at this. Its entirely possible blacks in the US are voting purely because Obama is thei man..and a black man..but it may be because the agree with his policies more than anyone elses. Yet, I have heard those of Barbie's rotten ilk make various dubious claims that only members of the "majority" can be truly racist, because they control the structure of society or some such bull crap. Blacks are actually conservative by predisposition, in at least two ways.
Financially because, historically, blacks make less money that Whites, therefore being frugal is key to survival and religiously because, for roughly three centuries, faith was all that Blacks could legally own, and the tenets of faith are deeply ingrained.
Based on that, the notion of a Black Republican (which I used to be one of, before I woke up) voting for McCain wouldn't seem too foreign a thought. But you fail to take into account the fact that the Republican Party has, by and large, *failed* the Black community, with its efforts to pander to the Top Two Percent. From that, Black Republicans voting for Obama also doesn't seem too foreign a thought.
I can't believe all the psycho babble about this.

This is an interesting analysis. Blacks do tend to be more socially conservative, if public opinion polls and my own experience my be believed. While I am not bothered by social inequality as a result, I *am* bothered by inability to compete in the first place, and blacks do have a legitimate complaint here.
This is why, contrary to the grain of the Libertarian credo, I do support certain limited forms of affirmative action and employment opportunity laws, but only when necessary to address specific forms of invidious discrimination that make the job market inherently unfair based on someone's ethnicity. I don't believe in non-targeted affirmative action, but just the targeted remedial variety.
However, if the playing field can be leveled, I don't think it matters if the top 5 to 10% of the population benefits somewhat disproportionately. I'm fairly certain that my family's income when I was growing up was in the bottom 10% and now I'm solidly in the top 2 to 3%, and, frankly, if this place had the kind of confiscatory taxes parts of the E.U. have, I'd not have made half the effort. Why bother?

Actually, sweetness, I lived for about six years in a city where the downtown area (where I lived the entire time) was about 80% black. I didn't live in some nice Eurocentric gated community, either.
