When my great uncle sadly passed away he left his money to split between my two uncles and his house to my father. As my older brother had a house of his own and so does my sister he said (my father) i should take the house. Its been a god send as it means no mortgage etc. Its a 4 bedroom (5 bedroom if you include the attic/loft conversion) has a huge rear and front garden/yard and iis a generally big property. I wouldnt have got a mortgage of this size on my own. Now i dont have to pay anything and still have a property.
