It happened in Las Vegas where the temperature have been between 104 and 110 over the past week. Think of the pain the child must have felt after the first HOUR of being cooked alive in the desert heat and the windows rolled up. Parents say they forgot about the child, and he wasn't mentally able to open the door and get out (some mental disorder), but I think she's full of horse shit as her other children were found abused and malnourished. Having a child myself, I think one couldn't forget to even THINK about their child for more than 20 minutes, let alone 17 hours. Some people are so sick. So, intentional or not. Decide for yourself.
