Taking the coward's way out, you ask?
Yes.
But, IMO, both women have the poise and confidence that I admire in a woman, and the ability to display to the world that they are beautiful without hosing around overt sexuality. May float the boat of others, but not me. And this opinion was formed *pre*-'roids.

they are both pretty ugly. Michelle Obama looks pretty rough, but she is older than Obama, and considering her age, she still looks buck ugly. However, what she lacks in facial appeal, she makes up in intelligence - she may be the most educated and intelligent first lady we ever had, if obama is elected. Cindy McCain must have looked pretty hot in her youth, that's why McCain cheated with her on his ailing wife. She has gone downhill ever since then (arizona sun does some real damage to white skin), since it's rumored that McCain cheated recently on her with some campaign lawyer.
personally, I don't get the focus on the "first lady", I don't care if they look like a turkey and ham sandwich, they are not running for first office, and we are not electing some king and queen pair.

Hot would not be the term I would use...
But they both got what it takes to be a first lady.
The image that is tried to be portrayed is a combination of Nancy Reagan's red dress to Barbara Bush's pearls to Jakie O's Hats...
Well, you get where I'm going with this.
And IMO they both got this.
I don't look at them in that way... they are not stars or celebrities showing off their "wares", they are potential First Ladies...

As far as hanging out and having a discussion with one of them, I pick Michelle after watching her speech at the Durham Armory on May 2.

UncleMax, please post the links to me via PM. The closest thing I've seen/heard from her that is "attackable" was that lame attempt to translate "Why'd he" into "Whitey".
