Voted : Have A Victim Mentality.
... Or maybe they are victims, I don't know, but I know what you mean... like some some people who tend to make ballots that run in themes... some along racial lines... some gender bashing when it's obvious they are talented and don't need that material... but something must be really "eating" at them...
Voted : Lack Of Imagination
although remember the bill cosby show where he did the cartoon voices with all the stereotypical black characters? maybe it's the society that they live in, they won't let them forget that they are black.

Gearge Carlin used to do jokes about the Irish Catholic experience; so does Denis Leary. Many Asian comedians deal with Asian related situations, and lifestyles. Jeff Foxworthy and his crew are always doing reddneck humor related to redneck lifestyle. The routines George Lopez and company seem to focus entirely on Chicano Lifestyle. Many Jewish comedians routinely bring up Jewish lifestyle. Russell Peters always uses Indian related situations. Chris Rock's routine also uses the black experience in his routines e.g. "When I see a fine sister with a white man, I get pissed. I get mad. I don't get violent, but I get mad. I'm like, 'Damn, baby, what do I got to do … to get with you?' I mean, what must I do?" In fact, mostt of Chris Rocck's routine is derived from his the black experience. Good Comedy often comes from personal experience and ethnicity is a big part of personal experience.
I agree with JohnPresley, I mean elvislennon.
Elvis Lennon: The problem is that WHITE COMEDIANS where banned from making racial jokes back in the 70's. White comedians making racisl jokes was then deemed "Racist". Yet when Richard Pryor brought his Blackness to the stage nobody said a word and he was declared to be a "genius." Since then it's been perfectly acceptable for comedians to make racial jokes, EXCEPT FOR WHITE COMEDIANS! Black Comedians mock and make fun of White People ALL THE TIME! Yet the opposite is considered "not politically correct or racist." Just watch Dave Chappell's show. He mocks white people all the time. Just because "they all do it" doesn't mean it's right or necessary or FAIR!

Hey BabyCunt, you're back. Has your ugliness cleared up any since you last commented?
Good point elvislennon. I love Chris Rock's standup. He's hilarious, especially the black stuff. And the whole n word (I'm not even sure if I can type that terribly naughty word in this Nazi-like climate of PC) routine was both funny and bang on. Being black is an issue for black people. I sort agree with Grapost that white comedians don't do much material about their race, and that shouldn't be the case. I think they may possibly be burdended by the fact that the last hundred years' worth of racial material was cringingly embarassing and insulting.
