Britvic, an Oreo is a biscuit (or cookie, as the Americans say), that is dark brown with a white filling.

And no, Obama is not an Oreo. He doesn't flaunt his 'blackness,' while promoting a white agenda. He's one of the least sycophantic politicians I've observed, especially in this go-round.
