Musically, compared to some of the later bands, I could say yes. I'm not a huge fan of their music myself and generally listen to things that I think are better. But arguing aesthetics is pretty pointless.

The impact they made was tremendous though. They've made a big influence on many a great performer since their time.

Hell NO! How many music artists can you think of who's music is STILL listened to and enjoyed by ALL AGE GROUPS 38 years later?

There are very few. That is what makes the Beatles special. Their music has stood the test of time.
