Voted : No, we only borrow land for awhile.
We own the right to USE it exclusively, even unto our future generations and we DO own the structures(S) upon it, but it IS a poltical right and not a tangible right. The land itself is tangible, but that is not what I'm referring to. If we really owned the land, no one would be able to install sewage snd electrical stuctures benetha us without our allowance. And how far down would our ownership go? To the center of the earth? A mile? 300 feet? What?
When we "own" land, we really only the right to use it. Rather than ownership, it should be considered an entrustment. We should honor the land and not abuse it. Like a beloved pet--we own it but that does not give us the right to toprture it or neglect it.

No, the government can take it all away through the enimen domain clause. Even Corporations use that law too if it can convince the government to give the land to them.

...and if you don't pay taxes, you will find out very quickly that even the use and the titles you may have to it will be null and void...
